NXT Grounds is built on community. Our facility and game-day environment reflect the commitment of families who are willing to step up and support something bigger than themselves.

Volunteering is about more than maintaining fields. It models responsibility, teamwork, and pride in our shared space. When families contribute their time and effort, we teach our athletes what it means to serve their community and take ownership of the environment they train and compete in.

At the same time, volunteer involvement plays a critical operational role. When tasks are completed by our community, we reduce the need to hire outside labor. That allows us to control operating costs and pass those savings directly back to families. It is one of the key reasons Next 11 Academy remains one of the most affordable and accessible clubs in the area.

Every family plays a part in building a positive, organized, and professional experience for all players. When we work together, we strengthen both our culture and our sustainability.

Volunteer hours are tracked throughout the season, and opportunities will be posted regularly for sign-up.

Whether it’s lining fields, setting up goals, helping with baseball field prep, or supporting game-day logistics, every role matters.

Field Day

Field Day kicks off the season and prepares our facility for opening weekend. Volunteers assist with:

• Setting up goals
• Lining soccer and baseball fields
• Placing trash cans
• Organizing equipment
• Cleaning and preparing common areas

This is one of our most important days of the year, and strong participation ensures we start the season the right way.

End of Season Event

Our End of Season Event is a celebration of the players, families, and community that make Next 11 possible. Volunteers help with:

• Event setup and breakdown
• Equipment organization
• Food and hospitality support
• Field and space preparation

This event allows us to close the season with professionalism and appreciation.
